Disconnect Gmail only

  1. Sign in to Operator.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. In the Gmail section, choose Disconnect.

Operator attempts to revoke Google authorization and removes the encrypted Gmail credential and connection-dependent synchronization data. Your Operator account and saved product settings remain. Operator does not delete messages from Gmail.

Delete your entire Operator account

  1. Sign in and open Settings.
  2. Find Delete Operator account.
  3. Enter the authenticated account email and acknowledge that deletion is permanent.
  4. Choose Permanently delete account.

Operator stops active Operator subscriptions, attempts to revoke Gmail authorization, removes the Supabase Auth account, and deletes user-owned Operator data through database cascade ownership. Stripe may retain payment and transaction records required for financial, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal purposes.
