Terms of Service
Last updated August 14, 2026
The service
Operator is an assistive follow-up workspace. It analyzes connected Gmail conversations, identifies possible business follow-ups, and prepares drafts for human review. Classifications and drafts can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by the account owner.
Your responsibility and approval
You are responsible for your account, connected Gmail mailbox, recipients, message content, and compliance with applicable communications and privacy laws. Operator requires a deliberate final approval before sending and does not send autonomously.
Acceptable use
Do not use Operator for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, or rights-infringing communications; to access a mailbox without authority; or to bypass Gmail, Google, Stripe, or other provider rules.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are processed by Stripe. Prices and renewal terms are shown before Checkout. Subscription management and cancellation are available through Stripe Customer Portal. Deleting an Operator account stops active Operator subscriptions without deleting Stripe's required financial records.
Availability and third parties
The service depends on Google, OpenAI, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and hosting providers. Features can be interrupted by provider outages, authorization changes, quotas, or maintenance. Operator does not guarantee that every follow-up will be detected or that every suggestion is suitable.
Account termination
You may disconnect Gmail or delete the entire Operator account. We may restrict service when required for safety, abuse prevention, nonpayment, legal compliance, or protection of the service and its users.
